21st Decor ENGINEERING was established in 1999 from a group of members with common interest in home decors and building constructions, at a time when market demands for the construction and design needs were expected to rise towards the 21st century.

Our business has switched and focus to general building construction including Design and Build (D&B) packages in view of the market demands. Our D&B package is an one-stop solutions which include Design, construction as well as all submissions to and obtaining clearances from related Singapore government authorities. M&E such as Fire Protection , Electrical , ACMV , Sanitory Plumbing etc... also parts of our specialities.

We are registered with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) under the categories of CW01 (General Building works) and CR09 (Repairs & Redecoration works). We've obtained Class 1 License Builder Status. In addition, we are a licensed holder registered with the Housing & Development Board (HDB) for homes renovations.

We are fully committed to adhere to the Quality Control and Risks Management (Occupational Health and Safety) in compliance with the authority requirements.
